3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order

4. Account Registration

To place orders, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our website:

  • You are making an offer to purchase meals at the prices and terms stated
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion
  • Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide
  • All orders are subject to availability

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

5.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • ACH bank transfers

All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5.4 Processing Fees

Additional processing fees may apply to credit card and ACH transactions. These fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your payment. Processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Fulfillment and Delivery

6.1 Pickup Orders

If you select pickup:

  • You must pick up your order during the specified time window
  • Pickup locations and times will be provided in your order confirmation
  • You must bring valid identification to pick up your order
  • Orders not picked up within the specified time may be subject to cancellation or additional fees

6.2 Delivery Orders

If you select delivery:

  • Delivery is available only within our designated service area
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, incorrect address)
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address

6.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests when feasible, but cannot guarantee changes to orders that are already being prepared. Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to our refund policy.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our food service:

  • All sales are final once orders are confirmed and payment is processed
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns

Processing fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order.

8. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our meals. However:

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions or images are accurate, complete, or error-free
  • Actual products may vary slightly from images or descriptions
  • We reserve the right to substitute ingredients if necessary, while maintaining quality standards
  • All products are subject to availability

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide options for substitution or refund.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission
  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
